Terms & Conditions - the basics

Appointments and Cancellations

- All appointments must be booked in advance. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Vehicle Condition

- Pricing is based on the average condition of vehicles. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other conditions beyond standard expectations. If the condition of your vehicle prevents us from safely completing the service, we reserve the right to refuse or modify the service.

Personal Belongings

- Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from their vehicles before service. Grand Detail Co. is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Payment Terms

- A downpayment is required before the service, upon completion of the service the rest of the payment will be acquired. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved digital payments.

Satisfaction Guarantee

- Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern or re-service the affected area if necessary. Refunds are considered only if a service was not performed as agreed.

Liability

- While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Grand Detail Co. is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear. Customers must inform us of any known issues or previous repairs before service.

Policy Updates

- We may update these terms periodically without notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
