At Grand Detail Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality auto detailing services designed to protect and enhance your vehicle.
All Sales are Final
- Because detailing services are labor-based and customized to each vehicle, all sales are final once a service has been completed.
Service Satisfaction
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, offer to re-service the affected area at no additional charge.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only considered in cases where:

A service was not performed as agreed upon.

The issue was reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on pre-existing damage, unrealistic expectations, or normal wear and tear.
Cancelations or Rescheduling
-We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
